Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every purchase made on ailagbebd.com. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who We Are

AI Lagbe BD is an independent reseller of digital subscriptions based in Bangladesh. We are not owned by, affiliated with, or officially endorsed by ElevenLabs, ByteDance (CapCut), Zoom, Netflix, Sony Pictures Networks (Crunchyroll), Ullu Digital, or any other platform whose subscriptions we sell. All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what we sell.

2. What You Are Buying

You are buying a subscription plan or an activation service for a stated period, not the software itself and not permanent ownership of an account. When the paid period ends, access ends. Each product page states exactly what is included and for how long.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include any charge we apply. No international card is needed.
  • We accept bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
  • An order is confirmed only after we verify your payment. Please keep your transaction ID until your subscription is delivered.
  • Prices may change at any time. The price shown when you complete checkout is the price that applies to your order.

4. Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 5 to 30 minutes during working hours. During heavy demand, or if a payment needs manual checking, delivery can take up to 24 hours. Delivery is made on WhatsApp or by email to the details you gave at checkout. You are responsible for giving us the correct mobile number and email address. 5. Your Responsibilities

  • Give accurate contact and account details at checkout.
  • Do not share, resell or transfer the subscription we deliver to you.
  • Do not change the recovery email, password or phone number on any account we supply, unless we tell you to. Doing so usually breaks the subscription and voids any replacement.
  • Follow the terms of service of the platform you are subscribing to. Your relationship with that platform is governed by their rules, not ours.

6. What We Are Not Responsible For

  • Changes a platform makes to its own pricing, features, regional availability or content library.
  • Loss of access caused by you sharing your login, changing account credentials, or breaking the platform rules.
  • Delays caused by incorrect contact details, failed payments, or an unverifiable transaction ID.
  • Content available on a streaming service, which is controlled entirely by that service.

7. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot verify your payment, if we cannot source the product, if we believe the order is fraudulent, or if the order was placed at an incorrect price caused by an obvious error on our side.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The text, layout and images on this website belong to AI Lagbe BD unless stated otherwise. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in force at the time you place them.
